Out of Hours is the best time to perform system changes and upgrades, as it allows a backup-test-rollback facility.

We believe we have a unique approach to this to ensure minimal 
disruption to your business.
 
Firstly, the rollout plan, which system, what is the update, why is it needed?
Then a complete backup of the PC's/server affected. Once this has been completed, we create a virtual environment in which we 'dummy-run'
 the upgrade, to see what the changes afffects. 

We test the new system with the test routines supplied. We report back that the upgrade is ready for client testing in our simulator model.  If all is well, we can proceed with the upgrade and if necessary, be on hand remotely by live link, or on site if necessary to assist with the transition. We are specialists in the updating 
of many disparate systems, not just Windows based.

If the upgrade has experienced errors during the simulation, we report back the likely areas of problem, with our recommendations on how to resolve, 
eg Windows updates required first, patch x etc.
