Out of Hours working facilitates the ability to run multiple test scenarios over and over again to try to identify anomalies in data and in systems.

We are able to 'snapshot' the initial state, restore it into a virtual environment and perform on site or off-site testing, modelling etc to identify abnormalities.

We can insert, edit, change data , confident in the knowledge that we can restore the system to the exact snapshot point on completion,
We will then report our findings, identify anomalous or inconsistent data or links,and feedback this to the client, actions required may be simple data cleansing, re-establishing database linkes or even replacing faulty equipment.

We can dial in and assist with software glitches, 
or we can attend site to assist with hardware issues.
